² Timing:
Website Rollout Time: The estimated timeline begins after signing the SOW and receiving all final content from you. It includes a 2-week MLR phase for medium and small projects, 3 weeks for Large, and 4 weeks for Large and XL projects. Keep in mind that the timelines are not fixed and will be analyzed based on your specific requirements. MLR approval time is subject to internal processes managed by your local team and may vary from the estimated duration.

Statement of Work (SOW):
Please be aware that you may have to register our agency vendor as new supplier at procurement. This process might take up to 3 weeks. We do recommend to start evaluating your country specific process to list new vendors in the procurement system. Afterwards, the agency can send you a SOW based on your request.

Additional Services

Website Product Owner (Merck)

This person will be responsible for coordinating the roll-out internally: approving content, confirming go-live dates, providing feedback according to agreed timeline. This should be managed internally by each market.

Content Creation (Merck)

If you wish to add additional content to your website, you need to plan budget and provide this. The new content (copy, image, videos, etc) should be shared with the rollout team and included in the agreed scope.

Translation (Merck)

If you‘re localizing a global website (English master), you should consider the translation costs internally. The translation must be ready for the website rollout to start.

HCP Registration Setup (Merck)

For country owned websites: If your website requires HCP login functionality, confirm if your country is set up with HIPE. If not, this setup can be supported by the Merck IT Team (lead time for this may vary)

Website Maintenance (MRM Support)

If you wish to have support to update your live websites, you can contact MRM for a support package estimation. This includes any updates on the website after go-live. (note: hypercare includes fixes to content/functionality, but no new content uploads.
